What are your terms and conditions?
Usually this is how it goes, but read our Consignment Agreement (available in the shop) for the fine print:
Items are taken for 60 days. This keeps our inventory fresh.
Prices are set by the management and markdowns may be taken at our discretion, usually after 30 days.
You receive a monthly check (issued the 15th of each month) for 50% of the prior whole month's sales.
Checks will be issued for amounts in excess of $10, any amount below $10 will accrue until the following month's check.
You may pick-up your items at any time during the consignment period.
Any unsold items that are not picked-up at the end of 60 days, are forfeited and may be sold or donated.
The Good Stuff is unable to insure your belongings, so keep any valuable items insured until they are sold.

We are always looking for new consignors. Most of our items are brought in from people who are moving, downsizing, redecorating, or just plain buy to much stuff!
The Good Stuff currently accepts new and used furniture, mirrors, artwork, tables, chairs, lamps, benches, armoires, sofas, desks, bookcases, trunks, dressers, decorative home & fashion accessories, and unique one-of-a-kind items.
Our shop is "petite" and space is a consideration, so email us a photo if you can, or we can schedule to come and look at your "good stuff".
All items must be in good condition. Sometimes, we'll take on a "project" piece, but best it's call us first.
We would love it if you could give us a jingle before you stop by (561.746.8004), but if that's not convenient, drop in during our regular business hours and we'll take a look at your stuff! Tuesdays through Fridays 10:00AM - 5:00PM (We'll add more hours as we grow!)
For larger items, please send a digital photo by email: info@thegoodstuffconsignments.com, or bring a photo into the shop.
Please no more than 15 items at a time.
